An elite instrument is selected and subjected to rigorous authentication: dendrochronological analysis, archival cross-referencing, expert appraisal. Valuation rests on verifiable market data.

Step 02

SPV & legal wrapper

Each instrument is held by StradiVault Ltd or a dedicated legal vehicle, ensuring clear asset segregation between the instruments and the operating structure. The legal framework is designed for investor protection and regulatory compliance.

Step 03

Fractionalisation on XRP Ledger

The instrument is represented by fractional tokens recorded on-chain on the XRP Ledger. Provenance, holdings and transfers become verifiable and immutable.

Step 04

Verified access

Access is reserved for investors verified through KYC/AML procedures (Sumsub). Compliance and traceability are part of the infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Step 05

Custody & performance

The instrument continues to be played and preserved to the highest conservation standards. Value derives from the appreciation of the real asset over time, not from speculation.
